Since I upgraded to 99.12, I have been having the following problem. When viewing a narrow-screen show, the picture fills the screen top to bottom, and there is about a 2" black area on each side. Aspect ration is good, fine picture.
BUT when viewing a wide-screen recording, the picture shrinks down so there is a 2" black border all around the screen. The image has the right aspect ratio, it just doesn't fill the screen. The exception to this is the annoying little "preview" thingies some networks show at the bottom of the screen. Those are rendered correctly at the bottom, in the above-mentioned black area.
I'm using VMR9 Custom, and have tried all of the Display Type settings, nothing seems to have any effect.
Any help would be welcome.
