Hey, does anyone know if there is a way to setup and empty default page in the web root? I'm concerned about security, and at the moment if you hit my webserver from outside, it defaults to the web root instead of gbpvr. As a result, users receive an error screen that states Server Error in '/gbpvr' Application.

I would really prefer just a blank page that didn't give them any clues of what to type in to actually get to the login page on the server. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

Also, does anyone know of a way to have a "user" login as well as an "admin" login? I would like to be able to allow access to the site without giving admin access to the config page. Is there any way to do this?

Thanks in advance,
Kevin

Yep....just rename default.aspx default.hold and add an empty file called default.html (nothing needs to be in it).

With that in place when you go to http//your-ip-address:your-port/gbpvr/ the user will simply get a blank page rather than getting redirected to the guide.aspx page.
