Web Interface - Codec Problem

I am using the web interface to stream videos to another computer on my network. However, when I try to play the videos with media player classic, i get audio but no video. I can play the files fine with media player classic if I launch them directly from the file, but I lose the nice interface. Anyone know what's wrong? Is there a missing codec on my remote computer? Thanks so much for your help.

Often times Media Player does not have the appropriate codecs to decode the stream. When you stream the native file is transcoded to a different format based on your configuration settings.....so even if Media Player can view the native file without a problem when you stream the file is actually in a different format that may require a different codec to view.

I highly recommend using VLC to view your streams.
