No Live TV Vol Down 1.0.8

I can't reduce the volume of Live TV with 1.0.8. The logs show a ton of "Not Muted" entries around the time I am pressing VolDown on my remote.

Using Hapuppauge 45 remote, made sure to do the "fix settings, etc."

Attached are zipped logs and my remote.ini in there for good measure.

EDIT - I discovered the left arrow key on the remote DOES reduce the volume, but the volume down button on the remote does NOT work.
