Error playing back live TV

I am switching over my current installation to a new media server based on SBS 2003R2. The Hauppauge card PVR500MCE works without any problems and recordings can be played back normaly.
However when pausing live TV I am getting the message that there is an error in playing back live TV.
A part of the log shows this:

I am running the program as an user with full administrative rights. If I log on as administrator I have not this problem so it seems to be a security issue. Does anybody have an idea what is wrong?

Thanks Sub, but I have solved to problem for the time being by renaming the administrator account to my own name and deleting my original account. I am still experimenting so if I see again this problem again I will zip/mail you the logs.
