DVB Recordings do not work in 1.0.16

I upgraded from 1.08 to 1.16 but now I cannot recording from any DVB sources.
I use a hauppauge hvr-900. It works fine in the previous release.

Rebooted a number of times. I even deleted and recreated the capture sources.
Recordings are 0bytes in size.

Yes... I saw that aswell, this may be the problem, but I suspect it is a problem within the recording mechanism and not that their is no physical signal being received by the device, since when I removed and added the capture source, it did pick up all the available channels.

Update:
Steps taken:
1) I reinstalled a fresh copy of GBPVR and did not install any plugins

2) I used old and patched version of nativeulilities.dll

3) I downloaded latest version of hauppauge drivers and did a clean install.
Old version was 34a. New version was 34b.
>Recording is now working again!

It is probably more to do with reinstalling the drivers then installing a newer version - but who knows.
Everything looks good now... will wait and see what happens during the week - since I use hibernate mode when the system is idle.

strength still reports 0, although now is it locked and present ;-)
