Hi All,
Bit the bullet and finally upgraded to the new version. Access via the PC works great. Access via the MVP suffers two problems:
1. mp3 and mpg work fine but wma and divx don't - they crash the server process. I can only assume that it is anything that requires the transcoder.
2. I cannot access my network drive via the MVP. I think this is some kind of networking security issue due to the service being run under the System account. Wondering if the problem with 1 is also related? Also, can the MVP server be run in a window like they could in older versions - I can run them as the logged on user then?
Anybody else had these and found a fix?
Thank you,
Regards,
Steve
