With the HD channels from my HVR-1600 I get really low volume compared to the PVR-150 that is in the system for analog. Is there a registry tweak or anything else that I can use to bring up the volume levels on the HVR-1600(no response from Hauppage tech support on query about this issue)?

I have the same thing on my HVR-1600 and my ATI HDTV Wonder on the HD side. The exception is with some (about half) of the commercials on the HD shows, they are just as loud as the HVR-1600 analog side. I think the problem is with what is broadcast and not your local settings. I find that I have to mute PVRX2 before I do any fast forwarding (skipping) or it will wake up the kids.

Are you using AC3Filter as your audio decoder?

If so go into the AC#Filter config and pick "Loud" under the presets tab.
Server: Windows 10 - ASrock N3150DC -ITX Fanless Celeron
Clients: Shield TV with X-newa on Kodi, Asus chromebox - openelec - X-newa on Kodi

That did the trick. Thanks!
