Audio Shuttering with the PVR-150 and/or PVR-150MCE

Hey all I have my GB-PVR setup with a PVR-150 and PVR-150MCE and I wanted to know if anyone else has ever had a issue with audio shuttering on only some channels in there recordings? I've been trying to trace down to see if it is a cable line issue or a card issue but I don't know if GB-PVR logs what shows get recorded on which card? Can someone please help me figure out where I can find that out?
