DVD2MPEG Panel missing?

Hi,
I have installed the version4 of DVD2MPEG and test it. When I start GB-PVR there is an errormessage that there is a xml missing in the ..\skin\...\panels folder. I can't found that. Does someone has the file for me?

Did you copy the DVDtoMPEG.XML file from the ZIP file into the panels sub directory of your active skin?
