I am using an Avermedi 150-d card. S-video input, stereo input mpg, hardware encoding.

the card is seen by Vista prem device manager and by GBpvr. Have set it to svideo input, no epg.

How do I get the capture to start? I use a keyboard since i have not remote control. I have tried Ctrl-K but nothing happens. In GBx2 the 'live tv' does nothing. When I click status, it says it is 'sleeping'

Should I be able to see the input some place on the screen?

have you followed the steps in post #10, specifically creating a dummy channel (say 99)

you then go to live tv and enter 99 on the keyboard to go to that channel.
