Won't Change STB Channels - 1.2.9

I installed 1.2.9 on my server and two clients without issues and it all seemed to work until I tried a recording. It records OK but it doesn't change the channel on the STB using the blaster. It doesn't even try (blaster doesn't blink). Funny thing is it works just fine when I select something in the guide and click Watch...it changes just fine then. I'm using a gen-you-wine MS MCE blaster driven via HIP. Capture card is a 150MCE over s-video. Config looks correct. No errors in the log that I can see. It was working fine in the previous release. Anyone else seeing this?

For my curiousity, is this using HIPSend.exe?

I suspect you might need to go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services, then view the properties for the GBPVR Recording Service, and set it to 'allow service to interact with desktop'.

Yep, it's using HIPSend, and yep, that fixed it.

I have the same problem but allowing 'interact with desktop' didn't solve it :confused:
