mpeg1 video only on the top half of TV screen

I have mpeg1 video files from VCDs.

When these files are played on MediaMVP using GBPVR, the video appears only on the top half of the screen.

These files appear OK when played on the PC running GBPVR.

Any help for fixing this?

You are right. They are all PAL VCDs and I am trying to watch them in NTSC environment.

you can also use tmpgenc for mpg1 files for free. Best bet is to do a little background reading on this. videohelp.com is a good src of information and will provide guides on how to do format conversion.
