Black Screen on HD channels

Tried most of the possible fixes that I thought might work but no such luck. Using HD Homerun and have tried re-installing the software and many other things but I still don't get any picture at all. This has all happened since my recent upgrade to 1.2.13. FYI, I am trying to tune digital cable (Charter). Standard def works just fine through my Hauppauge 150s, just no luck with HD. Please help. Attached are the logs.

First thing I'd try is putting my audio renderer back to 'system default'. If that doesnt do the job, I'd try other video decoders.

I looked at my logs and thought the following looked a bit suspicious but I really don't know how to interpret these.

I saw 2 separate instances of this while reviewing the pvrx2.ext-native.log:
2008-07-30 00:10:03.359 VERBOSE FindFilterByName failed to locate filter: USB HDTV-GT Tuner
2008-07-30 00:10:03.359 VERBOSE FindFilterByName failed to locate filter: USB HDTV-CR Tuner

As I am using the HD Homerun box connected to the computer via Ethernet cable, this doesn't appear to be correct. Does this have anything to do with my problems or is this just a typical check within GBPVR?

You can safely ignore those messages. Its normal to get those with the HDHomeRun.

I was having the same problem and then tonight I found this at the bottom of the Survival Guide for v1.2.13

Live TV requiring getting black screen when starting live tv, until first channel change
A few people have reported having this problem, and have found they needed to set <BDASubmitTuningRequestTwiceOnLivePreview> to 'true' in config.xml.

If you decide to make this change and edit config.xml, remember to backup your file beforehand. Edit the file with Notepad.

It was a problem with the latest HD Homerun drivers (20080727). Went to an older version....problem solved.
