Looking to buy a cheap USB tuner for DVB-T use with a tranquil PC. ANyone know if GBPVR is happy with the cheap ones sold by amazon ?

yep - spotted that. But this one is about half the price..... any ideas i the support will be any different in the software ??

I don't see that support will be any different (I imagine one Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-T USB Stick - DVB-T Digital freeview TV tuner stick is much like another...)

I got one of the £8 Kworld usb sticks (well box) from Scan and it works ok. Needed an extra entry in bda.ini, but the wiki shows how to add that.

Needs a big external aerial for me though.

Make sure you post any extra entries created in this file so i can add it to the master bda.ini file, otherwise you'll find the entry goes missing during the next upgrade.
