v1.2.13 Problem - Choppy Video on Live TV

I recently formatted my computer and installed v1.2.13 of GBPVR. If I record programs to watch later, they're absolutely perfect. However, when watching live TV, I notice that the video is quite choppy. How can I solve the problem?

Its probably related to the combination of audio/video decoder you're using.
