Ok, I have a new server and I'm trying to get EWA working. I tried this http://192.168.1.121/gbpvr/guide.aspx, but got nothing but a blank webpage.... at least I didn't get an error. Any steps recommended to try and get the ball rolling? I'm running vista, are there any gotchas in vista?

Dont you need to have the port number in there after the ip address? Unless its on port 80.

Edit: Yep, read below

It was switched to port 80. When I tried the one suggested I got an error. If I try port 80 I get no error, but I get a blank page.

What error did you get with port 7647? - did you open port 7647 on your firewall?

Anything else on you server running on port 80? I.e. IIS? You can only run one thing on one port...meaning if you have something else running on port 80 already you can't run EWA on that port.

I hadn't tried this, but I just did and it didn't do anything. Perhaps I need a reboot or something for it to take effect?

GOT IT!!

I switched the port number and it worked! Also, the desktop interaction clickbox in admin properties. I have vista ultimate and it may have IIS running, but I didn't think so (also, firewall is turned off). Anyhow, thanks! Big Grin
