Sky Italia on Hotbird 13°. Channels missing

Hello,
thanks for this great software!
I start with a problem that, as i can see, is a common issue.
Scanning Hotbird 2,6,7,A8 i found only some channels. For example, i can't find any of the major italian's FTA channels, and i can't find any SkyItalia bouquet channels.
Tried several times some hacks found in this forum, with no luck.
With DVBViewer, Mediaportal, VMC, SageTV, Sceneo, no problems.
Any other chance?

Do a scan, then zip and attach the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log, along with the details of some channels that are missing and I'll take a look.

thanks for your help.
Here is today's log (with Memory Violation error, solved with the file in the survival guide), and yesterday log with no encrypted channel found (all SkyItalia bouquet missed). Yesterday's log is what interests you.

What was the frequency of some of these missing channels so I can check the logs to see if it actually scanned that channel, and check if it got a signal lock?
