I tried adjusting it from 500 up to 1000ms on both the client and server and it had no effect.

Push it to 4000 just to be sure. If you don't get even a moment of video or sound before it dumps back to the menu then that's probably not the problem, but maxing out the setting will tell you for certain.

I tried setting LiveTVPrePlay to 4000 on both the server and client. I also adjusted ClientModeLiveTVPrePlayDelay to 4000 on both server and client. The results never changed - always very choppy analog channel playback and just a black screen (no video or audio) for the DVB channels.

I am attaching the logs from these latest attempts in hopes that someone can spot the problem.

I have discovered the MDAPI filter is at least part of my problem. Unencrypted DVB channels are working. Analog are still unbearably choppy and encrypted DVB channels are black.
