How to change the skip time

I would like to change the skip (forward and backward) and FF/RW times, to different time frames than the default ones that GB-PVR uses.
How can change that?

you have to edit the config xml with note pad back up first
(do Not edit with word pad)

Skip forward and backward times canbe configured on the playback tab of the config app.

I was actually asking about both of them...
The Skip forward and backward is pretty easy I see.
What line in the config xml should I change for the ff and rw ?
