Converting to Divx

I am having similar problems. Everything seems to work recording-wise, but the transcoding doesn't. Mux-checker reports nothing found. I've installed all of the software for my pinnacle tuner, all of the software for my hauppauge hd-pvr, and even happen to have a copy of powerdvd 7.3 ultra that came with my blu-ray/hd-dvd player, but nothing seems to get it installed.
