I've been playing around with Net Radio and it appears to be working but there is no sound. I've downloaded a .pls file from Shoutcast and placed it in the Net Radio directory. When I select the radio station within pvrx2 it shows connecting...buffering...and then shows the track currently being played. BUT there is no Audio.

Is there any additional configuration I need to do?

Does the same thing happen when you use the 'web' button in net radio rather than the .pls you downloaded? Is it the same regardless of station?

Don't know if it will help but I had to run the re-register filters app to get mine working a while back.

Yes it is the same even if I select a station using the 'web' button.

Do I need any special audio codecs? A screenshot of my plaback options is attached in case I have something wrong in my setup.

No, you wouldnt normally have to install anything special. It just uses the MP3 decoder that comes with windows.

Sorry I'm not really sure what to suggest.

This may be a silly question, but can you play the same stream whilst on shoutcast.com?

No worries Sub...I might try a reinstall. Thanks

FYI ... I don't know if this gives you any more to go on but in the Recordings directory I can see gbnetradio-0.mp3 being created at the time I play the net radio station. I can open this in WMP and it plays fine.
