HD-PVR recordings will not play 1.3.7

After reinstalling 1.3.7, I can not get any recordings to play back. I have tried using other decoders and reloading HD-PVR drivers. ArcSoft seems to play live TV the best. I would like to keep using it. I have attached the logs. Thanks, in advance, for the help.

This is a known problem and Sub is planning on fixing it.
