slick skin background?

Hello,

I tried switching to the slick skin, but the green leaf backgound doesnt show up.. just the same blue background as the other one.. any idea how to get that picture background?

ok.. I see the answer now by searching the forums:

You need to add your own artwork in "c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\Media\MenuArt\Default". It only ships with the default blue background.

I like to use the same background as my desktop background so it provides a seamless transition between web-surfing and HTPC function. Is there a better way to do this than to constantly copy the source file for desktop background into gbpvr/skin2/slick/background.jpg?

No, there is nothing built in that'll simplify this process for you. Given how often most people change their desktop backgrounds, manually copying it isnt a problem.

I guess you could solve this by adding a Scheduled task, running a .bat file with this content:

I did this real fast, so there might be errors...
The "C:\Users\[user]" part is where the wallpaper is stored in Vista. If you run XP you have to change more than [user].
