toshiba tuner type W

any hopes in getting this toshiba laptop tuner to work with analog tv?

It wont work with the built in stuff. If you're lucky you might be able to get it working with the Graph Recoder plugin.

i thought it *might* work cuz it seems they stuck the hardware encoder muxed out on the capture filter instead of the encoder category...i'll check the chip to see if it really is a hardware encoder..couldn't find any encoder filters so i assumed it was doing it in hardware..

it's a 19" screen laptop with dual harddrives and quickplay mini-linux so would be nice to get it going.. otherwise guess it can also be a good client...
