CS4 Beta - Missing files in Weather plugin

[edit] I was about to create a 3rd post that ICLP was also not working when I noticed that it is the same kind of problem; files missing from _coreimages. Only in the case of ICLP is was
Skinhelper loading image from file: C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\skin2\Community-SD\Weather\..\_CoreImages\BulletBall_Yellow.png
