Community-WS\TV Recordings Missing mmc.xml

When attempting to use the Community-WS skin I get the following error:

[SIZE="1"]2010-05-17 10:53:34.872 WARNING [1] requested skin file not found: C:\Program Files (x86)\Devnz\GBPVR\skin2\Community-WS\TV Recordings\mmc.xml[/SIZE]

Where can I get the missing xml file?

Those errors are related to an alternative skinning method that is not supported via any skins, including blue.
