I don't want to use just any glue, but the IR blaster I use for my cable STB is coming loose, and has caused some missed programming. It's on right now, but I don't know how long it will stay.

How can I re stick it?

I would try double sided cellotape (clear sticky tape).

i have mine come over the top of the box,[taped to top] with a 90degree bend to let it dangle in front..stays put with the help of gravity and the tape isn't visible..Smile
tho normal 'Rubber Cement' [the kind w/consistancy of a booger even when dry] should do the trick if you want to stick it firmly and still be able to take it off..
silicone usually damages plastics cuz of curing process, some rubber cement may also..
test in a inconspicuous place on stb for removability..

Elmers glue comes off easily and holds tight...[just gotta tape in place till it dries]
