Anyone tried Vista SP2? Does it kill any functionality in a dedicated GBPVR HTPC?

I had it installed for a short time on a secondary system and ran a few recordings with no problems. Didn't give it a full workout though.

I've had it running for a week with no problems.
C2Duo E8400, 4GB, GE8600GT, PCH A-100, HVR2200, NPVR 1.5.31, Win 7 x64.

Stuffed up my sound, clipping with live preview. Can only use time delayed TV now.

Tried versions of monogram from .9 to .96 and AC3 Filter for TV3 clips with Live Preview.

So no more Teletext as you need live preview to use this function...:mad:

Sound is perfect for delay TV and recording however...

I went ahead and installed it. No issues with anything other than it reenabled my onboard sound so I had to redisable it.

I use FFDSHOW for audio and the ATI Mpeg decoder/ATI Mux. Everything works.

I do not use live preview, though.

un-installed then reinstalled GBPVR and things seem to back to normal, fingers crossed.Big Grin
