Okay, so I have been having this problem for a while but I thought it was because the client was so underpowered.
Yesterday I built a new client, dual core processor and all. The problem persists.
My client machine has a fresh build of xp, .net 2.0 sp1, cccp codecs, and coreavc. Newest version of GBPVR on server and client, and all the survival guide tweaks on the client but NOT the server(just thought of that). Windows Update took .net to 3.5 i believe.
When playing HD LiveTV everything works just fine. When attempting to play SD livetv it is crazy skippy.
I have included examples, images of the setup, and a video of the choppiness.
Hopefully everything needed.
