Where do I get "UbuRadio.XMLSerializers.dll"

Community 4 skin installation produced this error: UbuRadio.XMLSerializers.dll
Since I have been unable to get UBUradio installed and working since GBPVR version 1.3.11, I am wondering if getting this DLL will cure the problem. Attempts at installing UBURadio 1.3 and 1.2 have not produced this DLL. Perhaps 1.1?? Or maybe the UbuStream application should be installed (though UBURadio says nothing about installing UbuStream and UbuStream seems to be installed with UBURadio when I check for that service).

Or is this a fictitious error produced by the community 4 skin?

I uninstalled Community Skin 4 because it seems to be the source of the error message. Apparently the next release of CS4 will get rid of that error message.
