Thanks Voyager for your nice offer.
If it was possible to make a station selection at your site and save the selection to an XML file, that could be downloaded, it would be good. Then it would work with the current WebRadio plugin.

Unfortunatley I'm no programmer. Where I live there are almost no FM reception, so Sub kindly made this plugin, so I could make Radio Stations. The WebRadio plugin doesn't have much stream functionality today. It reads local XML files with the Title and the direct Stream URL. It can not parse ASX or PLS or any other files.

I don't think Bekken has much time over, right now. But he could definitely make a good Web Radio plugin if he wanted to.
I hope that other programmers can chip in with some functionalty to the WebRadio plugin and make it better.

I will post the current WebRadio plugin at the Wiki, with the current XML files for the countries that I have made. I will include all flags and the XML files with data for the countries in the world. Also the source code, plus a wish list for development will be included.
Best Regards

I uploaded the WebRadio ZIP with source code and the XML and RadioLogos updates to my "dev wiki"
http://www.hyperlinkx.com/pmwiki/pmwiki....s.WebRadio

New Zealand, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish radio stations should be the most updated.
Some English and Dutch radio stations are also in the zip.

I only added some "fictional future" buttons to menu in the source code. Otherwise it is the original code.
Best Regards

Just a small bumpity, NMT & MVP working on this would be better than best, would offer testing but with Martin on board ............. ?

This does work better than Net Radio and though Ubu works it hasn't been supported for ages.

Rock on Web Radio!

Actually my challenge right now is to get Web Radio working as well on the PC as I have it working on my NMT. MVP support will need to wait until I am more motivated.

It isn't all gloom and doom. MVP users should benefit immediately in playing mp3, aac+, wma, and ogg (vorbis) streams via Web Radio, you just won't get Real Audio. The majority of stations world-wide, with the notable exception of many BBC streams, will be available. The problem isn't so much the changes sub & I have to make, I am happy with the status quo and I don't have the desire to debug possible changes in the core mvpmc that may have been introduced that might impact video playback.
