Error During Download in Windows 7

I am moving my programs to a new Windows 7x64 computer. I've pretty much got GBPVR running but am having a problem with Ultra2.
When I try to run it it just gets an "ERROR during download xxx The operation has timed out" for each program. What am I missing?

Actually, the old PC had the same errors but it was only for a few programs so it ran to conclusion in a reasonable time. Thanks.

There's one other thing that I discovered recently, though it would not be directly related to your problem (and I concur, it is probably thetvdb.com)
My Ultra messed up for a few days as it was trying to download the _SeriesID.txt file, and then merge into your existing file. I discovered that with Ultra closed, deleting the _seriesid.txt file, and then starting Ultra again, will force a fresh download, and everything started working again. I imagine this might be a tip for other occasions, and maybe something I should look at fixing. Maybe
