I've had zProcess working well for quite awhile now, no real complaints except the odd restart required. I've recently set up a Windows Home Server on a computer separate from my GBPVR machine. When I moved my divX files over to the WHS shared Videos folder, and updated my GBPVR config with the path, my mediaMVP wasn't able to find the shared Video folder. After scouring the forums, I found the suggestion that I had to set the service to log on as the same account and password as the WHS machine, and that seemingly fixed it, I was now able to find the folder and view all the video files. But now the videos won't play through the mediaMVP. Changing the service to use a different login, means that it is no longer set to interact with the desktop, which I think zProcess needs.
My immediate thought is I will have to merge these two machines together into one, install GBPVR on the WHS computer, and move the TV card there, but I'm not sure I want to do that yet, although I've noticed folks have had success doing this.
Any suggestions for allowing mediaMVP and zProcess on the GBPVR computer work with WHS shared folders, that are on another computer on the network?
Thanks for any help or suggestions.
Doug
