I am trying to upgrade my home router to a Linksys E3000. I have been using a linksys WRT-54G. After installing the new router and rebooting my PC that runs my GBPVR server, neither of my NMT devices would no longer connect. They display the index.htm that is on my GBPVR server share, but when I choose to connect to GBPVR the screen goes blank. It eventually (after about 45 seconds) returns back to my index.htm.
One of the odd things I saw was that I was able to connect with NMT to the PC immediately after installing the router, but this changed after I rebooted my PC.
This is a wired connection. My GBPVR PC is using a static IP. Reinstalling my old router seems corrects the problem.
I know this probably an issue with router setup. I am hoping someone else has had a similar situation and may be able to give some advice. Most of the security settings that I am familiar with are related to the wireless portion of the router. I never expected to have issues with the wired LAN aspect.
