That fixed it. I downloaded the 2.1.0 base installer again and reinstalled over the top of the original installation. However, since the webradio.dll was already there, it didn't copy it over. So, I deleted it and ran the installer again, and then the file date was 12/30/2009. Don't know where I got the other one. Anyway, works fine now. Thanks a lot, a couple of my stations didn't work since Shoutcast changed things for Net Radio.
