error on starting livetv in 1.5.28

a little addition to this, I found that I can start livetv while a recording is in progress IF the channel selected is on the same frequency as the channel(s) being recorded. I only get the exception if it has to start up another tuner.

this issue seems to come and go. my wife watched LiveTV several times this evening with no problem, yet the box has been recording constantly all evening.

this also means I can't actually be certain of what I posted in #11; it may have simply been working when I thought I was testing livetv on the same physical channel as the recordings in progress. I can test that aspect again if it becomes important.
