Live TV buffer not clearing

Is there something I'm doing wrong? My live TV buffer doesn't seem to be getting cleared out.

No that's not unusual, I've reported this since the live- files first appeared.

me too. so far it appears that the last live tv file used in each session/channel doesn't get cleared. I think if I watch a channel long enough to roll to several live tv files, the older files do get cleared just not the last one.

I'll have to go back and check the old support threads - I only skimmed them before, but now I'm sort of using it in anger.....
I'll also have to remember to go back and use google search rather then the vbul one...

I also have been having this problem - checked last night 125 files 3.5GB - that was in 24 hours
Maybe NPVR should delete live TV files at EPG update.

you could add something to your updateepg.bat or postupdateepg.bat to do that if you like. sub has a long list of small, medium and large bugs to fix, this is no doubt on the small bug list.
