ATI 650 will only show Digital Tuner in NPVR - GBVR works fine - I'm stumped..

You can press alt-enter to toggle between window and fullscreen mode.

sub - alt-enter appears to work if you use alt-enter to enter FSM i.e. you can exit FSM as long as you use alt-enter to enter it.
But if you're in the habit of double-clicking the upper window bar, like me, (works in GBPVR) alt-enter doesn't get you out again.

I'm pretty sure GBPVR didnt do this. If you double clicked the window title bar it maximised the window, rather than switching to fullscreen mode, and this left the title etc at the top of the screen. I just tried it here, and that seemed to be the case.

You are absolutely correct ... but I like this behaviour. The screen is maximised, doesn't move and minimizes nicely. Any chance of getting it back?

This should do as you suggest with double clicking on the title bar, and fullscreen with the maximise button.
