Recording references get swapped at the same time slot

I have two recordings in the same time slot one analog (pvr-150) and the other is digital (Dvico ATSC) they often get swapped. The analog recording will point to the digital one and vice versa. It does not happen all the time but enough to be annoying. I tried deleting both recordings and creating them again but nothing changed. Any ideas? Thanks.
