no closed captions found in analog recordings

It appears that the closed captions are not being retained during analog recordings (RCA inputs nor RF input). They are, however, retained during any QAM or ATSC recordings.

Only a few hardware encoder devices capture closed captions. Other devices will get no closed captions with analog broadcasts.
