Hiding File extensions

I've been searching because I thought I had found this before but can't seem to find it again. Is there a configuration for the config.xml to hide file extensions in the video library and such?

I think you can set <HideFileExtensions>true</HideFileExtensions> in config.xml, in the <LibraryDirectories> section.

ahh, yes. Thanks sub. My eyes could not find it for some reason.
