A list of changing images

I have a list of items, the skin element representing each item has an Image tag as part of it. If I wanted to update the image, what's the best way to do it? I could of course just repopulate the list but that seems a little inefficient.

Any suggestions?

You can probably just update and item in the list. ie, call uiList.GetObjectList(); modify the image property, and some other string values like filename (since the image isnt included in the hash and isnt enough to cause an update by itself).
