I suggest you do a search on all my forum posts in August as you will learn a lot from them. My sticking points were all unstuck by kind people in the forum. You can do it, too, as I went through the process and finally achieved success.

He mentioned a PM, but I never got anything. So in the course of time I got caught up with my usual work and NPVR just sort of faded into the background - until now.

I'm closing this thread. I'm tired of it, and the OP hasn't read any of it anyway. My only reason for replying to the OP was to remind him and others that users of this software are expected to be willing to learn. Those that aren't should just move along. This software will never be 3-clicks-and-you're-done, so criticism that it isn't is pointless.

Sigh. I officially give up with you. I know for my records I set up a wiki account for you. The next step is I would always PM alongside setting up the account. If the PM did not get to you, bummer. I suspect you never red it!
