Thanks guys, but I still have a lot of respect to Windows XP. I don't like Windows 7, because of its MMI.
Is there any solution for XP that anyone knows about?

What's wrong with W7's MMI?

Mostly, everything.
For someone who got used to the classic Windows XP MMI (for almost 10 years), the Win7 MMI, seems to be much less fluent and even annoying. The problem is that you can't just choose to use the old GUI. Microsoft makes you use the computer the way they thing is best for you.
I find it really annoying. Don't you?

There was some other user recently that got the same repeating error messages as shown in your logs. He managed to get past it with the patch and setting described in this post: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...post421874

I remember we all said that about Windows 98 Big Grin No seriously, it's a matter of a week to get used to W7, and once you do, you'll realize that it is MUCH better than XP.

Thanks a lot sub!!! The patch fixed my problem. I just copied the two files to the NPVR directory under "Program Files" and it did the trick.
Any chance to include the fix in the next version of NPVR?
