nDroid v1.6.4 released

I've uploaded v1.6.4 of the nDroid client to the Android Market. If you visit the Market, it might prompt you that there is a manual update available. Alternatively, search for ndroid nextpvr to find it.

PLEASE NOTE - you will need to first install an updated version of the nDroidService available from the NextPVR wiki...

* Added "Timeslot" TV Guide view - NOTE this is still a work in progress, even with only 28 channels it takes a while to build this view on my phone - expect a longer delay with more channels.
* Added new menu option "View" to switch between "7-day", "Now Showing" and "Timeslot" TV Guide views.
* Changed the "pending recording" highlight from Red to Orange. Recordings which should be in progress will show in Red. NOTE my use of the word 'should' - whether you're online or offline, the highlight is shown as an indicator rather than a guarantee that a recording is successfully in-progress.
* Fixed code so all TV Guide views will allow setting recordings.
* Improved the UI for various popups.
* Fixed bug which meant that TV shows "in the past" would still be highlighted as "pending".
* Now possible to set pre/post padding when setting a recording. Also able to set 'number of days to keep' for season recordings (use 0 to keep all).
