TV Listings 3.5 crash when trying to add guide

I'm attempting to install TV Listings for the first time and get an error when I select the "add" button to add a guide. Attached is the error message. The error says it can't find the TV Listings.db3 file. The TV Listings.db3 is in the location H:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NPVR\Plugins\TV Listings\TV Listings.db3 Thanks for your help.

can you please reproduce the problem, then zip and attach a full set of logfiles? And does it only happen when adding a guide, or are you not able to save any settings?

Rather than posting in a 3 year old post, it would be better to create a new post after recreating the problem and zipping and uploading all the logs in the logs folder as described in the getting started guide

typically the problem would be that you have not extracted the tvlistings zip file correctly.
