.TS files and Handbrake

I'm trying to use handbrake to convert my recorded TV files to a format that my Logitech Revue will recognize. However, Handbrake is constantly throwing errors with the files that NPVR is creating. The files do play however in both NPVR and Media Player so they don't appear to be corrupted.

Has anyone else ran across this issue? If so, suggested solutions?

What errors are you getting? I'v tried Handbrake to convert .ts files to .avi and I get some error messages complaining about format errors and missing PES but the converted file is ok.

I use it also, but I usually run it through TSDoctor first to clean up any errors.

So do I, but still Handbrake often complains. But as said, the converted video looks good anyway.

TS files frequently have errors - its the nature of broadcasting.
I frequently have ffmpeg crash on me when converting them.
mpeg2repair will fix some of these problems, but I find anything that still wont convert is pretty terrible to watch anyway.
