Black Screen Live TV

Hi, nPVR was working fine up untill a few days ago now when I open the program all I get is a black screen.

Can anyone help me and tell me what and how to get any information you need to help fix my issue.

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach your npvr.log and nrecord.log and I'll take a look.

Hi thanks for the speedy response. I found these log files in Public/NPVR/Logs I hope these are the right ones.

It looks like your recording service isn't running. The last log message in nrecord.log is from about a week ago.

The front end log file (npvr.log) backs that up by showing it cant connect to the recording service.

Hi, thanks this seems to have fixed the issue enabling the service.
