As an XBMC noob, I'm going to ask this here as the NPVR forums seem a little bit more friendly than the XBMC ones....
I'm trialing XBMC as a client forr NPVR and I've got two problems regarding key mapping.
1) ESC is 'back' on NPVR, but seems to operate as Alt+F4 on XBMC. Is there any way to change the XMBC key mapping to remove this function as I'm sooo fed up of accidentally killing the program everytime I try to back out of a menu!
2) I can't get the MCE volume buttons to alter the output volume on the PC while running XBMC. I'm using the optical output from my sound card, and the volume control while using NPVR alters the 'Device SPDIF pass through' slider in Windows. However I've tried all the audio options in XBMC and I can only get the volume control to be XBMC 'internal' volume, not the device volume.
